As an MSP, we loved maintaining critical computer network infrastructure for our clients. But, along the way, we got tired of pulling cables, installing equipment, and fighting with ISPs and line-of-business application vendors.
So when it dawned upon us one day that over 50% of our monthly recurrent income was coming from this hitherto unrespected website hosting addon service (which took less than 5% of our time), we had to do something about it.
