COMPANY INFORMATION
Amenfis is a privately owned company that was formed to help small businesses leverage low-cost technologies to cut down costs, increase productivity, and grow their businesses. We provide computer services that are often overpriced at affordable prices for individuals and businesses around the world. Our company, Amenfis LLC, was incorporated in 2011 in the U.S. state of Delaware, but we’ve been operating under the Amenfis.com moniker since 2009, and our founder has independently been providing the same services we provide today for over a decade.
Unlike most small & newer computer services providers, we do not hide who we are, when we were formed, or what we have to offer to our clients. We may be small but we pride ourselves in providing high quality computer support and web hosting services for each and every one of our clients.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Amenfis has established a world class support team that is professionally educated and available on-site 24 hours per day. There are currently three of us working full-time from two continents, with additional hands available from our partner NOC who are available 24×7 should we ever get swamped with customer support requests.
We’ve invested in technology to provide real-time monitoring of our own servers and our clients’ critical computer infrastructure; and offer 24/7/365 support via our web-based support ticket system. Through this customer support system, our clients are able to copy and paste actual error messages and other information that would be helpful in resolving the problem, but that is not easily conveyed over the telephone. Our clients are also able to request support by sending us email to specially provided email addresses, without even having to visit our support system directly.
We also offer telephone assistance for Sales and Billing from 8am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday at 1-615-669-8647, should you need to contact us via telephone. If you call and don’t get immediate answer, just leave a message along with your call-back number, and we’ll return your call as soon as we can.
INFRASTRUCTURE & DATA CENTER
Being a small self-funded business, Amenfis does not currently have the hundreds of millions of dollars required to build a real data center, and thus do not own our own data center. Instead, we have partnered with two of the world’s most respected data center providers (Liquid Web in the US and Hetzner in Europe) who host all our infrastructure. From these two partner data centers, we’re able to offer world-class web hosting and cloud computing services to our clients all over the world.
Liquid Web: Liquid Web owns and operates three private data centers throughout the U.S. The Liquid Web network has been designed to accommodate clients demanding the highest quality network performance. There is a central focus on redundancy allowing the network to rapidly self-heal failures without interruptions to connectivity. Liquid Web’s data centers feature direct connectivity with AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Savvis and Level3, ensuring minimal latency and fast connections to all points of the global internet. As partner, Amenfis has servers in Liquid Web’s data centers, and we’re able to provision servers to clients in any of Liquid Web’s three data centers.
Hetzner Online (Germany): Hetzner has several corporate high-capacity data centers in the Nuremberg area as well as a TÜV-certified datacenter park in Falkenstein/Vogtl. in Germany, which are connected to one another. The many redundant internet connections to the largest German internet exchange, DE-CIX, as well as a direct connection to German Telekom, ensure the smooth operation of your internet presence. Amenfis is able to provision severs for our clients from any of Hetzner’s data centers throughout Germany.
